THANK YOU!!

WOW! Thank you to everyone that came by and helped make our very first Gallery Grand Opening-Artist Meet & Greet-Raku Class-Sharing Knowledge-Festival Event Thingy a HUGE success! We had way more fun that we ever could have imagined! We are so lucky to have so many amazing artists and participants that have become part of the Wolf Creek Trading family. And we have the best customers too, that have become our friends. It's because of you all that Wolf Creek Trading is such a great place to hang out and enjoy being creative, or to find that perfect gift for someone special.  No longer are we that place that people just drive by and wonder "what the heck is going on over there?" haha. Because of you all, we are proud to be a destination for cool and unique finds. Thank you!

Speaking of friends, be sure to find us on Facebook and "like" us so you can get all the latest updates. Then when you do get an update, hit the "share" button so all of your friends can see it on your wall. Spread the love! We want everyone to know when cool stuff will be going on here. For instance...

In two weeks, we will be doing this whole shindig again! Part two of Bob Yost's Raku pottery class will be Friday, July 29th at 6 pm. Don't worry if you missed part one. We will have bisqued pieces already here for you to learn the amazing process of Raku glaze firing, so come on over. The class is only $25!
Then on Saturday, July 30th all day long we will have artists set up under the Big Blue Tent for you to meet and watch then create. Stay tuned here for more details. In the meantime, here are some pictures from this past weekend...

Andrew hand building an oar the old fashioned way.

Christine and Chip from Lucas Clay throwing vases.

Holly Aughenbaugh weaving on her hand made Navajo loom. She paints too! You can see some of Kit Nelson's wood creations in the foreground there too.

Mary White painting on glass. I will never look at an old window the same again... :)

Bob and Sharon making forms for the Raku pottery class.
A very smiley Cindy Woodling shows off prints and t-shirts of her paintings.

                                      That's Owen, budding watercolor artist.

Paul works his magic on a piece of stone.
Bob and Josh making Raku vases.

Pat and Mary White entertaining us, with special guest Pat Taylor Jr.

Music, art, food fun- a great time was had by all here at Wolf Creek Trading Co. Be sure to join us next time--July 29th and 30th!
